Insurance & payment
Know what you will pay before you walk in
We bill most major UAE insurers directly and we also see self-paying patients. Either way, you should never be surprised by a bill — so we confirm cover and cost before treatment, not after.

A photo of the front and back on WhatsApp is all we need. Add your Emirates ID number if you have it to hand.

- 03
We reply with the numbers
You get a clear answer before you leave the house — including the cost of anything your plan will not cover.
Self-paying patients
Clear prices, no surprises
Plenty of our patients pay directly — visitors to Dubai, people between policies, or anyone who simply prefers to. You are seen by the same doctors on the same timeline.
- Consultation price quoted before you are seen
- Cost of any test or procedure confirmed in advance
- Itemised invoice for your records or a later claim
- Card, cash and major digital wallets accepted
Common questions
Insurance, explained plainly
- Do you accept my insurance?
- We hold direct billing agreements with most of the major insurers and third-party administrators operating in the UAE. Because networks change and plans differ even within the same insurer, the reliable answer is a quick check: send a photo of both sides of your card on WhatsApp, or call us, and we will confirm your cover and any co-payment before you travel.
- What should I bring to my visit?
- Your Emirates ID and your insurance card. If you are visiting the UAE, bring your passport and your travel insurance policy details. If you are being seen about an ongoing problem, bring any previous reports, scans or a list of your current medications.
- What is a co-payment and will I have one?
- A co-payment is the share of the consultation or treatment your policy asks you to pay yourself. Most UAE plans include one, typically a fixed amount or a percentage of the bill. We will tell you the exact figure before your consultation begins, never after.
- Can I be seen without insurance?
- Yes. Self-paying patients are very welcome and are seen exactly the same way. Ask for the price of the consultation or procedure when you arrive and we will give you a clear figure up front.
- Does my insurance cover lab tests and medication?
- Usually the consultation, and often the tests, but cover for medication and for some screening packages varies a lot between plans. Where something is not covered, we will tell you the cost before it is done so the decision stays yours.
- Can you help with a reimbursement claim?
- Yes. If your insurer reimburses rather than bills us directly, we will give you an itemised invoice, the medical report and any other documentation your claim needs before you leave.
Still not sure? Insurance networks change and plan wording is rarely clear. Call +971 58 276 1845 and ask — we would much rather spend two minutes checking than have you turn up to a bill you were not expecting.
