The clinic behind 300,000 patient visits
First Response Clinic is a DHA-licensed general clinic on Sheikh Zayed Road in Al Barsha. We are the walk-in home of First Response Healthcare, the group that has been bringing doctors to homes and hotels across the region since 2016.
First Response Healthcare began by solving a specific problem: most patients lose more than eighty minutes travelling to and waiting at a clinic for a consultation that lasts ten. Bringing the doctor to the patient fixed that for people who could stay at home.
But some things need a treatment room — sutures, a drip, an urgent blood test at two in the morning. First Response Clinic exists for those visits. It is a full general clinic, staffed and open every hour of every day, with the same clinicians and the same standards as the at-home service.
Patients arrive without appointments, are triaged within minutes, and see a licensed physician on the same visit. Most leave with their diagnosis, their treatment and their results already in hand.
